Doc Brown
I thought it wouldn't even get that many stars. Quote Link to comment
Lucina
The only prize I have so far is Twilight Princess Picross. I don't like or use Miitomo, and I don't really buy digital titles, so I don't see myself getting to take advantage of this service very often. Really makes me wish I did like getting digital stuff though Quote Link to comment
Cryptic
The only prize I got is also TP Picross. Except, I got it on an alternate CN account. On my main account I have 4000+ platinum points and 50 gold points. I'll probably end up having to buy a copy of TP Picross for a friend, otherwise my platinum points are going to waste. Club Nintendo might've required you to buy stuff, but at least it actually had prizes worth talking about occasionally. My Nintendo is pretty much free, but there are no worthwhile prizes so it doesn't matter. The only thing close is Picross, and since that's no longer expiring in most of the world it's unlikely we'll get anything else like it soon. I guess if you really want 15% off Yoshi's New Island then be my guest. Edited September 27, 2016 by Iridium Doc Brown 1 Quote Link to comment
Isotope
My Nintendo Picross - The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess no longer has an expiration date; this follows what the other My Nintendo regions have done too. Isotope
Supposedly the Famicom Mini (which releases in Japan on November 10th) comes with a My Nintendo voucher; this obviously paves the way for future hardware (perhaps the NES Mini will have one for its N.A. release, and maybe the NX will too) to have redeemable codes that will earn you Points once registered. DLurkster
Hmm, I guess it makes sense to start from those systems with My Nintendo. Quote Link to comment
Xenocity
I actually like the program, granted it's not up to full potential yet. I mean I get stuff for playing and eventually buying games. Quote Link to comment
Isotope
"New" rewards are up: My Nintendo Theme 1: Mario (3DS Theme) - 200 Platinum/Miitomo Points (Redeemable 1 time; doesn't expire) My Nintendo Theme 2: Donkey Kong (3DS Theme) - 200 Platinum/Miitomo Points (Redeemable 1 time; doesn't expire) 30% Discount on Ultimate NES Remix (3DS) - 900 Platinum/Miitomo Points (Redeemable 1 time; expires February 1st at 2 A.M.) Xenocity
I like the Mario one and will probably get it. Quote Link to comment
DLurkster
I'll just tell you now, if you're not aware but those are the worst possible theme you can get and it is know wonder they're free. You probably didn't have to do much to earn those platinum coin so it is free nonetheless. All those themes have the same music playing and other than the 3D model swap and color, those themes are the same inside and out in looks (not so great compared to one that are worth to some to pay for) and sound. (just horrible music, really Nintendo) Quote Link to comment
Xenocity
The Music isn't half bad. I mean I did almost nothing to earn them coins, so I'm cool with it. Quote Link to comment
Isotope
Two new Miitomo Rewards are up: Miitomo: Cityscape Tee - 200 Platinum/Miitomo Points (Redeemable unlimited times; available until November 9th at 2 A.M) Miitomo: Lemon/Lime Hood - 200 Platinum/Miitomo Points ((Redeemable unlimited times; available until November 9th at 2 A.M.) Doc Brown
I have 2000 platinum coins now and nothing to use them on. Wish that we were able to exchange them for gold coins some how or for eshop credit/codes. Quote Link to comment
Iridium
I literally just care about the Samus theme now and they won't even provide that. My Nintendo is the worst. Quote Link to comment
L'Arachel
I really want those awesome physical rewards back, though I somehow doubt that is ever going to happen... :< Quote Link to comment
JanusDS
I'm assuming the answer to this is no; but has Nintendo given any sort of schedule to when new rewards are put up on My Nintendo and any hints as to what they are? Six months isn't very long for the Platinum coins and at this rate they're gonna start disappearing soon. The only thing I've gotten so far is the Zelda Picross, which was fun; but now I'm sitting on over 1200 points, which is probably very low compared to people who do the Miitomo stuff. I'm may do the 15% off Yoshi's Story since first party stuff almost never goes on sale on the eshop; but after that, I'm kinda boned. Quote Link to comment

I'm pretty much wasting these coins since there's nothing good to spend them on. I just wish that there were better themes to choose from, maybe some other games to get Platinum wise, both full or for a percentage off. The only ones I generally like usually end up being for Gold coins which I usually don't have. Edited October 15, 2016 by Lance's Dragonite Quote Link to comment

I've gotten a few gold coins primarily from the fact that since I didn't own a Wii U until this year, I've bought a few VC games that I wanted that weren't on the Wii VC; but the only thing I see that I might would spend them on is that MK8 dlc set 1. Unfortunately I don't have enough gold coins too get that yet; but maybe since they last longer, I'll end up getting enough to get them. The sad thing though is that I haven't even played MK8 yet and am not in a huge rush to since I couldn't play online with anybody anyway. Quote Link to comment
