Prevention by one individual does absolutely nothing to negate the intentions of another individual committing the crime.  This goes beyond rape, beyond extremes, and applies to every day scenarios.  What do you not understand about this?

I don't agree with much of what Yellow says as much as anyone else here, but I want chime in and say that I think posts like these, which aren't even about the topic anymore and veer into the territory of just attacking other members and purposefully trying to make them feel bad just because they said something ridiculous and/or disagreeable, should not be made or welcome here. To you and anyone else who thinks this is okay, consider making better use of your time if you wish to continue posting here. Go ahead and lambaste someone for something silly they said, but please remember that we did not create this site so you could say things like this to others.

 

Let's get back to having a discussion here about the Trump scandal and the other relevant topics.

@Subies&Vape STI, don't start with shit like that. If you read his post and comprehended it, you'd know that's not even close to what he said.

 

He's right, anyway: I'm not taking anything away from anybody in the past two or three pages (I mean, I participated in it myself). These are things that need to be said for the sake of civil decency. But considering how far we've veered off the rails, we're a bit lucky this thread is even still open.
