TKrazyO
Well that sucks. There goes my monetization. I actually liked using it since you don't have to hit the $100 mark like YouTube's Partnership to actually get paid. Didn't make much but it was worth it in the long run. Quote Link to comment
Tyranogre
My only concern is the part about only being allowed to use "official" releases. Does this mean I can't do FE4 or Mother 3? Quote Link to comment
Chrom
Japanese game releases aren't any less official than others. They just mean you're not allowed to create your own content with games yet to be officially released anywhere. Quote Link to comment
blcdude1
I'd agree with Chrom. The guidelines just say "officially released," and do not specify which region. Given that the Switch is region-free, this makes sense. Anyone can just create a Japanese eShop account and import away. It would be strange of Nintendo to say you could stream one officially released version of a game, but not another officially released version of a game. Quote Link to comment
Tyranogre
Translation patches are what I was most concerned about. Quote Link to comment
