DranSeasona
Doc, I think that idea of having a Ninfora code makes sense, but I would add that whoever is intending to trade should still PM or write in the thread or whatever to be sure the two of them have actually been matched. Yea that's a good idea to do that too, just to make sure. Quote Link to comment

Dancing Mog
Got my full dex and the shiny charm, go back to chain for nidoran again and get a shiny spearow. Doc Brown 1 Quote Link to comment
Eliwoodman12
So I've been a little late to the Let's Go party. Just beat Brock. I know it's very early in the game but wow. I feel like I am underwhelmed. I think because it was just way too easy. I legit beat Brock with only a few absorbs from Oddish. No back against the wall like the previous entries. Way too easy. With that being said the presentation is great and I really like the graphics. If it doesn't get harder, I'll accept it, but next year's games are going to need to add some kind of challenge. Surge135
Was combo-ing Kangaskhan in Rock Tunnel, got up to 55, and encountered and caught a shiny Zubat Doc Brown 1 Quote Link to comment
Eliwoodman12
Not sure how much patience I have for the combo encounters to land rarer Pokemon. Got 10 Geodude and made a Clefable appear. It ran away, even though I was looking for a Chansey in Mt. Moon. Then I also remember the fact that we can just transfer over any of the 151 from Go to here so idk. Art_de_Cat 1 Quote Link to comment
Dancing Mog
Got another combo catch chain of over 100 Nidoran(m) when another shiny Spearow showed up and I was tired so I just caught it, level 5 this time and it broke out of a few balls before accepting its capture. Quote Link to comment
EH_STEVE
Finally got mine on like Thursday. Mostly play off-screen when I'm not playing Fallout. About to board the SS Anne. Doc Brown 1 Quote Link to comment

You mean the secret technique you starter Pokémon learns, Sky Dash? You learn that after defeating Team Rocket at the Game Corner. There's a guy outside the place in Celadon City who teched it to your Pokémon. You poor soul, how were you getting around Kanto without that. Quote Link to comment
Dancing Mog
You can rebattle gym leaders after beating the E4 and can battle the Fairy trainer Mina, I think, once a day for a bottle cap. Doc Brown 1 Quote Link to comment

Ithrak Utopia
My current party is nearly all at lv. 60 or above and I have not dealt with Team Rocket in Celadon yet. Let's Go to me is probably the most laid back Pokemon game I've played outside of Go after trying for Shiny Caterpie (which I gave up on) and now trying for a Shiny Growlithe. The EXP gain from catch combos is crazy when they're approaching 100. I'm only still catching after the 31 streak just to get something out of my time, since I've yet to get lucky in this game and I need to break up the routine of route resetting occasionally. I'm not going to say Let's Go is my favorite Pokemon game, but I do think it's the best Pokemon game on a Nintendo system since my time with Pokemon Black. I'm really liking the absence of random wild encounters, and would likely find it hard to go back. I certainly don't want random wild encounters for Generation 8 next year, though I'm fine with wild battles coming back. Seeing Pokemon out in the wild gives the game's world a lot of personality and has gotten me into shiny hunting for the first time in a main game. Let's Go is looking like the next 50-100 hour minimum experience I'll have on the Switch. Doc Brown and Eliwoodman12 2 Quote Link to comment
