alienboyva
What I'd like to see: Native voice chat on system messaging (even the Wii had this!) SNES, N64, GCN, GB/GBC, GBA and DS games Add Eathbound Beginnings as one of the NSO NES games MOTHER 3 as one of the GBA games Free games besides VC games like with XBL Gold and PS+ Free theme every month (if themes ever come) Discounts on any eShop purchase (not just discounts on games we already own like with My Nintendo) Doc Brown 1 Quote Link to comment
Doc Brown
Those are some good ideas! Quote Link to comment
DranSeasona
Well, here’s hoping for some of those, anyway. Not sure how optimistic we can be, but we shall see. Quote Link to comment
blcdude1
I'll probably getting Switch Online in a month or so, some video game is coming out that I'd want to play online, but some of those new features would sweeten the pot. Quote Link to comment
Eliwood8
Discounts on all eShop games seems a little much, but I could see them maybe giving an extra discount on games that are currently on sale, the way PS Plus works. That'd probably interest me more than anything. Quote Link to comment
purple_beard
How about stable connections? But, its about time the other Nintendo legacy consoles start getting games up with the service. DLurkster, Art_de_Cat and Doc Brown 3 Quote Link to comment

Art_de_Cat
Didnt they delay online long enough to already have ideas? alienboyva and Doc Brown 2 Quote Link to comment
solitonmedic
I'd love to see NDS and Wii games brought back to Switch somehow, with their Wi-Fi capabilities hooked up to the Nintendo Network because why not. Ithrak Utopia and Doc Brown 2 Quote Link to comment

At this point they're better of remaking it which would be for the better. My bro and I used to play Star Fox Assault multiplayer and even with just two people some of the maps were enormous to the point where a full four player game would still leave you spending a lot of time just to encounter another player. Online play with a higher player count would be good. Quote Link to comment
Ithrak Utopia
If the Nintendo Switch were to get native voice chat as well as the option to send/receive messages, I would likely fully subscribe to the service. They can add all the games they want to the service, but to me it'll always be less than ideal without the social features in place directly on the system. If Nintendo is not going to budge on having the Switch be more of a social system via the online, then it's going to be up to them to regularly come out with games of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's caliber in terms of a multiplayer experience to get me to invest at all into the service. Due to that game, I'm planning on paying for at least January. Overall though, the service has a poor foundation, so I'm hoping that gets fixed before they move on to whatever is next after NES games. Doc Brown and solitonmedic 2 Quote Link to comment

I'm no fan of the app thing either. That said, I'm planning on subscribing as I use online for Smash, Mario Kart and Pokemon. Quote Link to comment

Eliwoodman12
I don't think this means the mobile voice chat will go away. I just hope they do add something more to it. Quote Link to comment
Irondog666
I just think Nintendo needs to get their shit together and start pumping out new features. They delayed this service for so long you would have thought it would have been a very robust service by now but it is still pretty bared bones. Nintendo is still the joke of online gaming. Juanblue85
Well hoping those features are worth it as I still haven't bothered to apply for Nintendo Switch Online. Quote Link to comment
