The kid got up to L32 O_O and made Tetrises. I could hit L15 every now and then in GB Tetris. I could hit 11-12 consistently in NES Tetris. Past that, the pieces moved to fast for me to fix current and/or prior mistakes to keep the stack low enough to keep going. Quote Link to comment

I don't remember how far I could get in the original Tetris but there was a point where it just became impossible to realistically strategize how to place pieces and keep up with how fast they were coming.
