Dancing Mog
Some months back I found the best Pokémon rom hack I have enjoyed called Pokémon Crystal Clear created by ShockSlayer(his Discord name, also on youtube I think) which should not be confused w/ the other Crystal Clear game out there that only went into a beta. The game is specifically great because it is open world w/ being able to start in either Johto or Kanto plus a choice of 28 starters. Last month and again this coming Saturday is a tournament called the PIGYournament by ShockSlayer(his love of pigs is great, specifically Swinub). Anyway the point is I somehow made it to finals last month and came in 2nd place, going to compete again this weekend w/ a different team than last time though. This may be in vain by looking for tips on how to utilize my team best and how to set up properly. Already have my team turned in so I can't change anything about it. Umbreon w/ leftovers Toxic Confuse Ray Mean Look Baton Pass Feraligatr w/ Mystic water Surf Earthquake Ice Punch Crunch Charizard w/ Charcoal Flamethrower Fly Steel Wing Earthquake Jolteon w/ Magnet Thunderbolt Growth Pin Missile Baton Pass Tyranitar w/ King's rock Earthquake Rock Slide Crunch Sandstorm Scizor w/ Silverpowder Sword's Dance Fury Cutter Agility Metal Claw Here is last months battle Doc Brown 1 Quote Link to comment

Kezay
Sorry, I don't have any tips or strategies for you but I'm curious. What was your team and move list from last month's? Just curious on what changes you made from period to period. Quote Link to comment
Dancing Mog
It was an all shiny team, bred for the Skarmory and SR'd for the Eevee in Celadon then cloned it to have enough for all five. Skarmory Fly Swift Peck Steel Wing Jolteon T-bolt Thunder Rain Dance Agility Flareon Flamethrower Swift Iron Tail Bite Espeon Psychic Morning Sun Swift Bite Vaporeon Surf Ice Beam Hidden Power Bite Umbreon Faint Attack Toxic Confuse Ray Moonlight Kezay 1 Quote Link to comment
Elemental Hero
I thought the only competitive strategy in Gen 2 was Curse tanking with Rest, while laying Spikes with Skarmory. Is that not an option here? Quote Link to comment
Dancing Mog
Setups like that were on ban list cause of how OP they are, at least I am pretty sure Snorlax was banned. I hate chain breeding so I didn't go for spikes on Skarmory last month. Most Legendaries were banned but the bird trio was allowed this time except Zapdos maybe. Quote Link to comment
