Eliwood8
Considering GTAV was #2 it seems like there weren't many other big releases in July, but still I'm glad to see Octopath top the charts; I've loved every minute of the game. I'd love to see more RPGs like this and more high profile third party titles on Switch. Quote Link to comment
Kezay
Awesome to see it top the charts like that. Granted, we already knew how well it has done globally but it's still good to see. Square Enix did say that if it did well we would see more content like it on Switch so let's hope they stay true to that. All in all, Nintendo has six exclusives in the Top 20 and counting multiplatform titles with Switch versions Nintendo platforms contributed to 11 separate titles in the Top 20. Other than it being nice to see a shake up of the kinds of games that usually populate the list it's good to see Nintendo making waves more and more. Quote Link to comment
Link, the Hero of Dreams
Octopath is not perfect in my eyes... but, almost everything works. The best part for me is the music. I wasn't expecting ANYTHING because... SE... but when I got the game, it became one of the ones I played for days. I haven't played any other game this much this year alone. Quote Link to comment
