Juanblue85
Bayonetta 1+2 Switch trailer: I wanted to add that while they indeed confirmed a physical release of the games only Bayo 2 will be on cartridge while Bayo 1 will be a digital code. purple_beard
Surprised about Switch for #3 exclusivity but not about the collection. Quote Link to comment

Eliwoodman12
Great news. I actually missed Bayonetta on the Wii U because I could never find the 1 and 2 bundle for a good price. Didn't want to buy 2 by itself so I'll be picking these up. Doc Brown 1 Quote Link to comment
Doc Brown
Lucked out on getting the bundle for the Wii U. Looking forward to getting 3 someday on the Switch. Quote Link to comment

I bought it then I sold out and when Bayo was announced for Smash I knew it was going to be hard to track down so I managed to get the bundle again via ebay but this time I made sure to keep the bundle. Now with the games coming to Switch I'll still keep it as sadly the first game will not be getting a physical release like it did on Wii U. Quote Link to comment
Ridley Prime
Not really gonna bother with the first two games again, particularly after how much I grinded out Bayonetta 2. If I ever want to play them again my dusty Wii U will be waiting. Bayo 3 I’ll definitely get at some point. If it’s as much a step up from the last as Bayo 2 was from the first one I’ll be quite impressed. Also look forward to what other Nintendo character costumes she’ll probably have again. Carl321
Oh good! I wanted to try these games but the Wii U versions were REALLY expensive and I just wasn't feeling it. I wouldn't mind getting these on the Switch. Quote Link to comment
Eliwood8
You wouldn't think Nintendo could maintain the Switch's hype after dropping Zelda and Mario in the first eight months, but then they go and announce games like Metroid Prime 4 and Bayonetta 3. I probably won't buy 1+2 again but I'm all in for 3. Quote Link to comment

That sucks that they're not doing a physical release of it. Quote Link to comment

In Wii U it wasn’t a problem as the discs weren’t expensive at all but now with cartridges you can see how some games have ended up being more expensive on Switch. Capcom sadly in order to save money had to go the one game physical while the other is digital and now Sega is following suit. Quote Link to comment

Kezay
On my lunch break in the middle of the night last night and I scour the web for VGA info and Bayo3 was the first news tidbit I saw. My eyes got so wide, I'm surprised it's even happening let alone being an exclusive. And good on Sega for bringing over the first two to get everyone caught up to speed. It's kind of crazy that this franchise has essentially made its home with Nintendo now. AGES and Doc Brown 2 Quote Link to comment
Marxforever
Glad to hear it. I didn't grab Bayonetta 2 at launch so missed my chance to get Bayonetta 1 on the Wii U, for free... So I skipped picking it up, now I can grab both. Quote Link to comment
Dancing Mog
I don't know that I will be able to get the collection on the Switch but I will likely get the third entry down the line. Kezay 1 Quote Link to comment
DivineTrinity
Great news. I kept thinking for a while that there is a lull of Action games. I can't think of any at all for this gen at all. I can only picture last gen with Wii U and Bayo 2 and Ninja Gaiden 3. I hope this is the trend of finally getting more of action games again. I'm not sure I'll play 1 again but you can count on I'll will try out 2 and 3. Quote Link to comment
Juanblue85
Managed to pre order the Bayonetta 1+2 Non-Stop Climax Edition at Amazon Japan as it includes a physical copy of both Bayo 1 and 2 separately. Quote Link to comment
Ithrak Utopia
I want to get the bundle in spite of having an unopened copy of the two for Wii U. I just don't see myself going back to that console with what has come to the Switch this year. I also enjoy the hardware experience there a lot more than the Wii U. I'll pick up Bayo 3 as well once it's released. Quote Link to comment
Ridley Prime
While I get preferring the Switch and all, I found nothing wrong with Bayonetta 1/2 on the Wii U. It felt like the perfect platform to play them on at the time. I know if I had gotten the first Bayo on like the 360 (before she became Nintendo exclusive), I wouldn't of been nearly as immersed.
