Anyway, this is how you do an E3 and not these boring video packages and energy-less Treehouse stream: Glorious!! EH_STEVE 1 Quote Link to comment

Mocha
Nintendo's online being phenomenal is a reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally bad bet. Odds are really, really, really good that they'll just sit on their ass and bank on you caving on paying to play Mario Kart and Splatoon regardless of how shitty the experience is. purple_beard
If E3 comes to pass and we hear NOTHING about: Super Mario Maker 2 Super Smash Bros. __ Zelda DLC Pack #2 / future plans Pokemon It would take something of equally astounding quality to offset having nothing to say about these things. I'd think the only thing even remotely in that category would be a Metroid proper game announcement. Ithrak Utopia 1 Quote Link to comment

That and they'll have Directs throughout the year to continue discussing those plans as well. Quote Link to comment
Ithrak Utopia
I would be surprised if they did not end up announcing a Smash DLX or a main series Pokémon game iteration for the Switch during the Nintendo spotlight. I definitely don't expect them to announce a Metroid game that is a return to roots, because I honestly don't think they would have the right mindset until after Odyssey, which needs to be at least on par with the success of BotW. 11 hours ago, Eliwood8 said: After all when they did the Nintendo World Championships in 2015 they debuted Blast Ball, so even the viewers weren't familiar with the game. It's an antiquated model in the midst of an online canvas which is preoccupied by anything and everything. *shrugs* I have no doubt that Nintendo will produce in the games arena as it relates to Switch. Kezay
I wonder what Nintendo will have to create another rush on the final day. Last year it was Breath of the Wild, before that was the year Wii was the star of the show. Can't quite recall if there were any others in between. Quote Link to comment
