Carl321
Huh. Wonder how long that'll last. That moment when Xbox Store has access to more N64 games than Nintendo's DLurkster, Sheri, Chrom and 2 others 5 Quote Link to comment
Chrom
I can't believe they're charging $10 for it. Cryptic 1 Quote Link to comment

ace
I was super pumped at first and then I saw they were asking money for it and immediately lost all interest in it. Quote Link to comment
AxelBlaze
WOAH! Xbone finally has games! OLD GAMES! Wonder how they managed to put it on the store. Quote Link to comment

Surge135
I'm waiting for Nintendo to catch wind of this and really lay into Microsoft. Quote Link to comment
Dancing Mog
I guess you can only access it through the site, really want to try this out. I wonder how many games are available. Quote Link to comment
K
Any idea on how many games are available and how well they play? Because even the best N64 emus on PC don't run some games perfectly. Quote Link to comment
Laclipsey
I smell a lawsuit. Quote Link to comment

Like, they're asking for serious legal trouble, right? AM2R and Pokemon Uranium got taken down, and they were free downloads. Charging money for an N64 emulator on Microsoft's official platform is asking for trouble. Sheri 1 Quote Link to comment

I won't be surprised if someone gets sued. Or at least gets a cease and desist sent to them. Edited September 26, 2016 by Lance's Dragonite Quote Link to comment
DLurkster
So this is how RARE gets its groove back from Microsoft with this N64 emulator on the Xbox One Store. Genius! Quote Link to comment
Sheri
TFW Xbox is a more worth while platform for Nintendo games then the Wii-U. Quote Link to comment
Lucina
Hey, cool. Some modern Xbox players might discover some of the old gems. I definitely don't expect it to be around for long though. Quote Link to comment
DLurkster
I'm not sure if most ppl know this but the emulator doesn't run so good but of course there's always the possibility of it being fine tunes as long as this stays on the Xbox One store. Emulators are not illegal it the roms you play on them so if the folks who made this emulator went to the proper channels to get this on the Xbox One store, all the power to them. But at the end of the day, Nintendo still might not like that this emulator is not was not consented for and not getting any of the profit from the emulators, much less their 1st party games that are legal backup of N46 games. Man, this is a really grey area of what's legal and what's not, it seems like it all depends on perspective, patents and IP rights will determine this emulator future at all, much less on a Xbox One store. Juanblue85
Pity I don't have an Xbox One anymore and I have been interested in getting an S model for sometime. The console should have at least been $250 with the 500GB model. Quote Link to comment
