Haven’t finished by a long shot but needed to rant. 🙃

I dunno what bothers me more, throwing canon timeline and plot to the wind, or the fact that the Master Sword was bathing in Zelda’s light for ten thousand bleeping years and still loses energy.

That is all.

Oh and it’s a great game~

It definitely feels like BotW>TotK is now a reboot of the series in terms of timeline, which nods to all the past games (Fi in the sword, etc)

Yeah.... Master Sword losing energy is still annoying... I mean technically they only said it makes it stronger, they didn't say it holds a charge longer. I don't like that there's no damage value assigned to it.

But that's also kind of a general beef. Like, if you have Bone Weapon Proficiency booster from armor, and attach bone pieces to a weapon they get a big damage boost, buuuut they only show the damage value of weapon+bone, no temporary sort of damage value if you have that booster active. Same with those weather boosted affects, or Zora weapons when they're wet, etc. Too many hidden multipliers for my liking.

Earth and Fire temples completed,  water temple's boss next, and havent reached the fourth.  Why is it becoming tradition for a water temple boss to suck so bad?  Its like it takes the worst qualities of the past bosses and rolls them into one.  Its one cool thing is it's companion....

Sounds like you don't have enough Crystalized Charges. You can get your Zonaite and Large Zonaite processed into CC by a Forge Construct, which is different from the Crystal Refinery (the one telling you you don't have enough resources). There's a Forge on the big starting sky island and more in the Depths. You can also occasionally find CC while exploring the Depths. Get 100 CC then head back to the Crystal Refinery to upgrade your battery.

Every since I beat TotK, anytime I hear the theme of the game I am transported to the end of the game when I dream at night.

I think I may have to partake in the activity at end of the game but obviously not the same way more safely of course.

I guess this can be considered a spoiler but might as well post it here.

So guys know the divine beast armor from BotW? I think most know you can get it in TotK.

So I happen to have Tulin Avatar out and I was in a cold place so I had the head armor of Vah Medoh and the warm trousers you find in the great sky island at the start of the game. (I haven't got all the temperature armor in this game, so I had to do with that in a cold place)

Anyways, I am minding own on business in the cold wilderness and I notice something on Tulin avatar's face... 'is he wear the divine beast Medoh head armor?!?' But better glance he's wearing his ancestor headpiece all the sages of long ago wear when you see them in their respectively temples at the end.

That's a really neat touch that the divine beast head armor reflects the head armor or the respective sages of the temple. Not that it wouldn't be cool if the avatar wore the divine beaat head armor but this makes more sense in this game where the sages wore their own head armor as sages in this game. Really, really cool touch.

I'll post a pic to show what I seen, later here.

EDIT: Here's what I am talking about.2023062923060900-CC47F0DEC75C1FD3B1F95FA9F9D57667.thumb.jpg.2293f0ea0903f8de05c92a74a7d3bb6b.jpg

Oh shit, that's awesome. Does he only look like that while you've got the Vah Medoh helm on? I've never seen them like that.

Only when you have the respective divine beast armor. Tho, I only have the head armor of Vah Medoh and Vah Ruta. So I am not sure if it is just the head you need or you can do it with either part.

So yeah, discover for yourself what armor triggers it. As obvious there's four armor divine beast armor so and there's 4 sages that reflect each region tribe so you will see these ancient sage head armor on your avatar.

So I always knew since end of the game in how the events occurred in this game that there was always 2 princess Zeldas throughout this time line of BotW and TotK. It's somewhat crazy that while holding back he calamity for 100 years and then sealing it, the light dragon Zelda was out there (tho it was never seen)

What's even crazier than that but didn't think of until I watched this video, there were also 2 master swords?!? I had to double take that possibility and train of thought. Yeah, this true too like 2 princess Zelda too. Tho, this true, this still hard to fathom there were 2 master swords at between the 2 games timeline at a time. Like, there's should be the one and only master sword. Because of timey whimey loophole like Zelda and the light dragon there were 2 master swords as well. I am floored at this revelations.

I thought I share this part of the video, where it mentions this so if anyone wants to can watch the part I am still surprised by.

Just did a shrine that made feel like Kevin from Home Alone, lol.

For those you know, you know what I am talking about.

That shrine really capture the essence of Home Alone, dragging the constructs to imminent doom sure put a smile on my face. Also, like all the enemies in this game if one enemy is alerted then all are so it is funny to see these guys kill themselves to get to me off screen and all I see is the construct health bar going down without me doing much, lol.

I love it!

Finally got to put some time in again...  I hate playing for hours and feeling like I haven't done much...or have a real goal...

Might quick travel back to home-base and get those fashion armor sets the guy x'd on my map.

Cool on earning $ for finding wells.

I hate finding these gleeloks and having sh* for arrow stock....

These floormasters are a pain when you don't have a lot to use on them.
