    Your favorite animated movie(s)?

Excluding anime, what's your favorite animated movie(s)? I could fill up an entire list with Disney movies, so, I'll just mention that my favorite will always be 101 Dalmatians (still think The Lion King is the best). Yeah, when I was little I had my whole room decked-out in 101 Dalmatians. I had bedding, wall sticker things, etc. There were also non-Disney animated movies I absolutely loved when I was little like An American Tail, which I got to see again recently. So, a few days after Xmas, I came across the soundtrack for An American Tail and The Land Before Time on YouTube and I thought to myself how much I'd love to see these again after all these years, especially An American Tail, since it was one of my favorite movies when I was little....And what do you know? A few days later I find out that they're both coming on TV, It's like someone was reading my mind. When the opening credits for An American Tail came on and that music started playing, OMG, nostalgia and feels out the butt! LOL! I was not prepared for that. I never realized just how much I still love this movie. The animation, voice acting (gotta love Dom DeLuise), and music. It's all so good! I guess this movie will always hold a special place in my heart, especially since it has one of my favorite songs when I was little (had the OST on cassette). R.I.P. James Horner. T_T Later that same night, The Land Before Time also came one, which I also loved watching when I was little. I never realized how short this movie was a kid. It said the run-time was only 70 mins. I assume that also includes the credits as well. Speaking of the credits, that credits song still gets me. ...Once again, R.I.P. James Horner. Man I never realized how many movies I owned on VHS and watched the crap out of as a kid were done by Don Bluth. Excluding the Disney movies he worked on, I had An American Tail, The Land Before Time, All Dogs Go to Heaven, Rock-a-Doodle...I also hand The Secret of NIHM. It's great movie, but I guess I never cared for it as a kid. *sigh* Why don't they make animated moves like this anymore?! Ever since Shrek I noticed this stupid trend, where animated movies had to be CG and have dumb-ass jokes so where even the parents would laugh. I really wish they'd stop this shit. Well, at least Japan still knows how to do proper 2D animation and that's not going anywhere anytime soon.
