  1. https://limitedrungames.com/collections/coming-soon/products/switch-limited-run-209-rocket-knight-adventures-re-sparked Just go on their front page. This is real!
  2. A few movies, like Soul, are coming to movie theaters this year. Which is good, because those movies didn't come to them when THAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT happened. Y'know... The Backstreet Boys Reunion Tour!
  3. Sorry that I haven't responded yet, because as I am typing this, I am recovering what appears to be pollen season or the like. I'm sneezing like it's no one's business. So, I might take a break from streaming to work on the audio discussions here. So I will wear my headset during Discord streaming, and take it off during regular streaming. Good for me. As for Twitch Studios... It was easier to use overlays and scene transitions for it. (I'm a noob when it comes to that too.) It also has a Noise Gate, Noise Suppression, and Noise Compression. Actually... *checks OBS* OBS does have all three of those things. I put them all on their standard basics, and won't touch those setting for now. But, most of all, thank you. I should have asked for input about this days-weeks-months ago. *achoo* I am still learning things, so thank you for all the time and help.
  4. Okay... so here's my audio situation a little more in-depth: I have about four things of tracking audio, and about four devices or so. I'm using OBS, Discord (from time to time), Twitch Studios, and Elgato Sound Capture. On my OBS, I have Video Capture Device (Elgato I'm guessing/-31.4 dB), Line (Elgato Sound Capture/-16.3 dB), My Webcam Thing (Logitec, I'm guessing/currently off), And my 2-USB Audio Codec (My regular mic/ -18.1 dB). On my Discord, I'm using my Audio Codec for input, an my Elgato Sound Capture for output. On my Twitch Studios, I have my Audio Codec as my primary microphone, with Discord and Elgato Sound Capture as my individual audio sources. On my Elgato Sound Capture, my chat settings (Microphone is Audio Codec, High Definition Audio Device for speakers), for PC gameplay (HD Audio Device for audio and audio output), and for advanced settings (I checked yes for both playbacks, my audio input is my Audio Codec, and currently my speakers are off of where I want to hear the audio.) So, my Audio Codec is working well when it comes to OBS, Discord, and Twitch Studios. Perhaps Elgato Sound Capture as well. But here's the thing: because my microphone (Audio Codec) is a little close to my desktop speakers, I think it picks up that noise on the background, even though I don't want it to. Also, I think because of that, because my Audio Codec is connected to my Elgato Sound Capture, that's why the background Discord chat can probably be heard twice on my OBS and perhaps Twitch Studios. Maybe that's why the game audio can barely be heard? So maybe I'll have my gaming headset connected to my speakers, even if that looks strange online. Although I'm confused how streamers that do have microphones don't have the same issue as me. And, they don't use gaming headsets. I'm not a technical wizard, so maybe someone can please help me what my audio problem is.
  5. I tried to play Among Sus with Discorders thinking it would be fun. It was me being confused how to join private rooms, people talking over others, and a lot of swearing. Honestly, it was a bit toxic, and I don't think I'll joining any random players again. No no no no no.
  6. Alright, I am okay with most of this... but computer games are a little bit tricky for me. I use the "Main Screen Share stuff" on Twitch Studios. Which means, there might be a audio delay there regardless. I've found another way to check audio besides using my phone. The stream was lagging on my phone when I tried that. I'll have to use my laptop during my recording segments, and go from there. Thanks so much for the advice.
  7. Watch out. Unless you buy the DVDs or so, that’s apparently the only place you can watch season 2/The Orange Islands/One of the few times Ash actually was a regional champion outside the main series stuff!
  8. You know what? That's fair. I'll post a review of Final Fantasy Renaissance in the future anyways.
  9. Hmm… the fan made project FFR has gone in great length to make it a whole and unique experience. It is the first game in full, but one thing in particular that is unique is how the evoker/summoner gets summons. Not to mention, even how some units acquire abilities are interesting. Dancers learn new skills by finding dancers all over the world. Blue Mages have to do the obvious. Heck, Time Mages, which were made during the ATB battle system, were overhauled because the first game didn’t use the ATB system. So, while the game’s story is the same, the added jobs make the game a lot more interesting. Let me check my runtime of my Take 2 playthrough… Because I also streamed it… While also grinding offscreen too… Yeah, it was over 5 hours. It is an RPG after all. Also, the postgame is insane! So, I have no idea what the consensus is here.
  10. I had it all the stuff to Monitor Off, so I guess I’ll go with Monitor And Output for now. All the audio stuff are checked for Track 1, but do I need to uncheck the rest? As for how I listen to the stream live… I haven’t really thought of that. I guess I’ll watch on my cell phone and use earbuds to listen to the quality of my videos as I’m streaming live now. After looking at the past three streams, I need to do that.
  11. Okay, so good news... Discord chat is working. But, somehow I can't get the game's audio. Which is weird, considering a few days ago, I was on Discord with one of my friends as we streamed Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. And I don't think I tampered with any settings during my first actual Discord stream. So, although I'm okay getting everyone chat wise... now I have the game's audio to work with. (Maybe Nintendo... no, that can't be it... If that were the case, all the other games I streamed up to that point would've been muted. Including Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros.)
  12. Okay, so in my video, both the audio for Discord and the game weren't somehow on, but my microphone was. I'll see if changes this Smashdown helped somehow.
  13. Again, I was just bringing my thing up because I enjoyed the fan-made rom-hack, to some extent. I just wanted to bring awareness to it, more than anything. For me, it's a 9/10. Because of certain bugs, my first playthrough was softlocked, and through another bug, I was unable to get Shiva, one of the summons in this game. How the game handles summons is actually very amazing too.
  14. Dave The Diver and that... Goose Game.
  15. I'll take my only win when it counted. But, man when I popped, it was fire!
  16. Okay, so I don't know what was going on with the Discord stuff and my game volume, but I'll see what I can do about that later. Anyways, here's me making a fool out of myself for nearly two hours or so!
  17. I’m sure this won’t be counted, but I played Final Fantasy Renaissance, which is basically a fan made game of FFI with some jobs from III and V. I went with a Black Mage Vivi, Dragoon Kain, Summoner Yuna, and Time Mage Mog in my second attempt. There were many surprises, moments of confusion and frustration, and genuine awe and excitement. It took me by surprise, and I can’t recommend it enough, if you want to play something different. Watch my playthrough on YouTube or Twitch under DryDryOasis to see the ensuing chaos!
  18. My Twitch gameplay of what happened tonight. (I was told that my mic was maybe too loud in the Discord... that's on me to find about that for the next time I'm there.) Highlight: My first Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Tournament of 2024! - Twitch
  19. I’m down for either, like I said. Maybe I’ll be one of those sport commentators that go wild over everything. Reaction stuff has been popping recently anyways.
  20. I can see some enjoyment out of that. For me, there’s too much randomness in play to fully get behind that. Like, one blue shell or lightning could destroy a perfect run. I just get the stars I can get and call it a day.
  21. Yeah, I always go for the gold, because getting 3*s on everything sounds insane. No thank you!
  22. I have all the DLC. So, it’s like using all of the characters from the game in elimination order, if Im getting that right. Sounds fun, if Im able to join. If not, I’ll just spectate and add commentary.
