  1. Knew I had to have forgotten something. Via @zijiFEH on Twitter, we have our first look at the full art of the new Anna promo. I believe this photo was taken at a launch event for Series 9.
  2. A follow-up Rika Suzuki bought this...thing (a box of chocolates?) and sketched Janaff, Ulki, and Tibarn right on it. Mineri also posted their full art of Lester from Series 8 earlier this week, which was never before released if I'm not mistaken. Yugo Okuma got around to posting their art of the chibi Xander and Ryoma promos on Pixiv. Not new technically, but now it's in higher quality. Over the week the FE Cipher Twitter account's been sharing the 2nd anniversary art from the livestream, so we now have the best images of them. I should mention that I admit to being at fault for arguing that Senri Kita did that one of the Blazing Blade trio, when it really was Sachiko Wada after all. Really did believe the signature said it was Kita's, and it didn't help that their styles are somewhat similar to each other.
  3. It's been a while, so here's a compilation of everything that's been posted thus far! In no particular order. If it's not here, I haven't seen it. Happy release to Series 9!
  4. It doesn't change until the new one actually kicks off.
  5. Yeah, I'm skipping too. Don't really want anyone from either summoning focus. Wonder how the new change to the disadvantage multiplier will work out. I can't see the winner being anyone but Elise, Sakura, or Lissa. I think it'll probably be Elise, but I plan to vote for Lissa anyway.
  6. I got 20k in Tempest Trials personally. If I had more time and were a little more prepared I think I would've performed better, but I did get every unique reward other than Quickened Pulse so I'm not too disappointed, and I have no doubt that particular Sacred Seal will eventually return so I'm looking forward to it. I like the concept of the event but man it's pretty draining, especially with all the other stuff that was going on (new summoning focuses and story maps, Legion GHB). I'm kind of glad it's over so that I can focus my attention on other things I want to do without the stress of committing to the event. When it comes back I hope that can be less of a problem. I think I prefer the Voting Gauntlet if only because I found it less stressful, but I still appreciate the variety and how Tempest Trials gave me a good wake up call that I should be training more units, such as male Robin whom I fully leveled up and decked out with skills for the event and will also be using in the long run.

  8. Final card reveal before release: the Necrodragon! They break normal conventions of the game and can be deployed endlessly, similar to Anna. For the full list of cards, you can check them out here: Artists will begin posting up their full illustrations for the cards this set via Twitter and Pixiv later today, will try to share them later.
  9. StreetPass stuff looks neat.
  10. Today's reveal is a formal introduction to the recently leaked Alm and Celica promos we saw before. Their arts represent the early moments in their journeys in FE Echoes!
  11. Looks like we know that Nintendo Dream and Dengeki Nintendo will have Cipher promos again in the form of Alm and Celica, though I'm personally not sure which gets which.
  12. So this is happening soon. Don't expect an English broadcast. Cool to see another Nintendo Direct dedicated to a third party game. Note that it's supposed to be focused on the 3DS version of the game, so don't expect to see much if anything of the Switch version.
  13. Ranulf's getting another card this set, which makes sense! In related news, Nintendo just published the finished illustrations of the FE Cipher characters set to appear in the new FE Echoes DLC out this week! You can see them all here. Looking forward to the English release!
  14. I wonder if that blind man who beat Ocarina of Time can take on Breath of the Wild.
