  1. last night in my dream, oatchi appeared @_@ pikmin brain...
  2. i'm having fun w pikmin 4 but i cannot fathom how they came up with some of the ideas the game represents anyway i'm having a lotta fun, 7/10
  3. first time i saw hestu was near lindor's brow, and after that he hung out at lookout landing for ages until i bothered to save the forest and probably would have stayed there forever if i hadn't he'll only go to lookout if you haven't saved the forest and you met him at lindor's first, and once the forest is saved he'll move there permanently personally since i was already hanging around LL a ton during the main quests, it was way more convenient to just keep him there and i ended up not heading to the forest at all until i was nearly completely done with the game
  4. i beat totk! my finishing percentage was 77.03%! i did all the shrines and got most of the sages will, but i'm missing a bunch of side stuff which is nice so i'll have some other stuff to do later i think this game is a 9/10 (same rating for botw, really, but for different reasons) but i can't help feeling wildly underwhelmed for the story. didn't they say this would be the darkest zelda yet?? this game isn't even as dark as the game that came directly before it! things that bothered me in no particular order: this post ended up very long, to anyone who read it all: i'm sorry, i just have a deep appreciation for BotW and TotK and feel like the lack of a clear story and character depth really pulled this game back from being what it could have been in terms of gameplay i don't think i could call TotK anything but a direct improvement, but in terms of story........well. i had a lot of fun with it and still am, but i think my score might just drop as time goes on simply because of my disappointment lol
  5. i think i'd go insane the longer it was........if its shorter its way easier to get used to it and adapt accordingly, yknow? if i was stuck for like, a few months, by the time it reset i'd probably be devastated enough that i couldn't do it more than a couple times the shortest would probably be........2 days? 1 day if the day wasn't that bad. before i NOTICED would be super short tho; i think i'd notice if i was in a timeloop literally the day of coincidentally i watched groundhog day for the first time last night, and it was really good
  6. most of the stuff on my list i've already finished/are getting close to so i figure i'll probably finish soon the shrines are done, i got the sword, the side adventures n main quests are all finished........i still have a bunch of side quests but i don't consider those relevant =_= i've yet to beat a gleeok bc its scary so i figure i'll do that after i save the world lmfao
  7. i think that's just personal preference! i have a list of a bunch of things i wanted to get done before finishing the game for the ultimate final battle effect lol
  8. i wanna beat totk but i wanted to find all the sage's will first but they're so hard to find ;_; i don't wanna look it up but grrrr
  9. while i found the demo for 4 REALLY annoying in some ways, it did rekindle my obsession with pikmin and now i can't stop thinking about it... i must not buy them on switch....i must save my money.......but i wanna play so bad................................
  10. studying for my canadian citizenship this study guide is boring as hell!! its all dates and names!!
  11. nothing much to follow anymore, they're all dead i obviously have no feelings for people i've never met, let alone the extremely rich with no common sense, but the internet's extreme cruelty towards the event is so weird i get it, eat the rich, kill all billionaires, etc etc, but its like these people can't be normal about anything anymore...like they're just a bunch of dudes and a 19 year old, why the extreme response to all of this the internet is always chomping at the bit to be angry i guess
  12. soaking in baking soda/soap, scrubbing, then soaking in vinegar might work better? especially if you hate fumes hm; baking soda is usually my go-to at least, now that i'm older anything w a strong smell rly bothers me so i try to avoid them as much as possible lmao
  13. for once i do not want a nintendo direct bc i am still obsessed with TOTK and don't want to be tempted to put it down for anything else i'm close to the end of the story but there's still so much other side stuff to do that i don't feel compelled to do it at all purah: wow, so we're finally at the point of beating Ganon....do your best Link... me: okay see you in 4-6 business months good luck guys
  14. i kind of imagine if they're remaking p3, the FES stuff will come later and they will just make you pay for it... i just can't imagine why they would bother otherwise, like who is the audience for JUST p3 at this point? wouldn't pretty much anyone prefer to get the whole shebang, whether they like the FES stuff or not?? tho maybe that's just me lol
  15. sorry for the delay, i only just woke up ;_;
  16. i walk to work and at some points last month the smoke was so bad my nose would be running and i'd have a splitting headache after 10 minutes walking :') i feel your pain!! my province is also suffering! at least its been raining a lot the past week or so, i haven't smelled the smoke in a bit so i'm hoping for a very very rainy june
  17. 'main draws' don't really matter much to me other than bnha which i follow with not much fanfare, but the fact alone that fushigi yugi, nana, and anything by arina tanemura are on there are enough for me really consistent updates and translations for frieren and bnha are worth the few bucks a month to me already i think @_@
  18. the viz manga app is tempting, a few bucks a month for a huge selection is really good tho i loathe the idea of another subscription, i do feel bad for never paying for manga considering how much i read
  19. i've never played through LA, but ALttP always seemed kinda long to me....maybe bc i was a pro at just wandering around enjoying the landscape lol i don't wanna get burnt out on zelda tho, so i picked up Wildfrost instead for something that's a bit easier to pick up and put down
  20. i have, i had quite a good time with it while i don't have fond memories of the battle system, i do remember enjoying the clever boss battles and many other aspects of the game the graphics were gorgeous, the story was fun, and i quite enjoyed the world it was set in. i even remember tearing up at one point in the story lol i didn't play any of the paper mario games between TTYD and OK and i understand that 'reinventing the wheel', so to speak, is felt as necessary for continued franchises, but i do hope a return to form is considered for future PM titles...even though i thoroughly enjoyed OK, it definitely did not scratch the same itch previous PM games did. though many indie titles attempt to fill the niche left behind when big franchises divert from their paths, very few actually seem worth their weight in salt (and dollars).
  21. thinking about starting a new game before zelda comes out, but do i dare...............
  22. work has been so fuckin busy lately @_@ cannot wait for my week off for zelda
  23. i bought myself an oled switch bc i was tired of sharing our animal crossy town and wanted to make sure we didn't have to share for zelda and after that last trailer it was definitely the right decision holy fuck totk looks so good aaah ;_;
  24. it was great!! seriously, like it was very fun, the music was INCREDIBLE, and it was short, sweet, and a great lil romp for Mario fans my only minor complaint is Anya Taylor-Joy's Peach, and even that was totally fine, just not really what I loved. She was way less girl-bossed up than the trailer led me to imagine. the writing was funny without being cringy, and incredibly even Chris Pratt's Mario was not terrible. I still believe the movie should have had practiced animation tier voice acting but they all did great, especially the main cast. and the best part remains that it was a 90 minute movie! very snappy, I did not feel like my time was wasted on mindless travel and back and forths, the plot just moves on and that in particular made it very easy to enjoy. I'd recommend any Mario fan to see it!
