Man... I covered final pring football scrimmage AND a full baseball game Saturday, I was at it from 10a-8p. I'm lucky I was still halfway awake and coherent to make it 12:15.

We need to coordinate attacks better lol.

I really need to into Super Mario Bros. Wonder in the summer. It’s a great game!

I have a lightbox, which is pretty weak, but let's me trace the outlines of at least some of the prominent line work, but going through canvas makes it even that tricky. However, that gives some reference points I can use to then sketch it lightly in a soft pencil until I get all the linework done. I then go over it in pen and erase the pencil marks. That's how I get it to the point you see in the bottom-right of the picture above. Then I just look at images on my phone and shade/draw in the details. The lettering is basically just straight pen-work. I've got a ruler on my reference pic under the line of text I'm working on, and a rule on my canvas and just make sure they fall into the same position/width.

We spent most of today doing that final final level. We changed to Yoshi (only time too) because the kevel is ridiculous

when i visited my bestie in january a large chunk of the time i was there we did nothing but power through mario wonder and then kirby and the forgotten land on her couch lol we gave up on the final final level of wonder tho...i'm no masochist

David and I played through SMB Wonder and finished everything. Still have the singing piranhas stuck in my head.

@purple_beard: Ah man, I wanted to go to 12:45am. But I will guage with you if you can. As for the banana item we'll see. I am trying to remember if thtlat is a single item or a part of food recovery. Yes, you don't recovery from bananas in this game but it is food, right?

you have failed this city I am up for 10-12. I was really struggling with sleep last night. I don't have any theme ideas. In an unrelated note, I'd throw out a LOL theme of DK and Diddy when that new Planet of the Apes movie opens. Turn on banana peels as I think that is an item in Smash. I'm not that serious unless you guys would actually want to.

Mario vs Donkey Kong Part 11

our visa.....was approved within the next 5 months we'll be back in my hometown and out of canada....wow... i'm so excited i want to leave right away, but our lease isn't up til october anyway so we might as well stick around and earn some money before leaving i hope the next few months go by super fast...!!!

I finally went and beat Journey Mode on Expert and oddly, I found It wasn't as hard as I was expecting. While there were times where it got so fast that tetrominos started just appearing instead of falling, like in Master Mode (one of the Effect Modes), and I had to retry some stages do to topping out, I didn't really have any trouble. I especially thought the final stage would kick my ass, but I managed to clear all 90 lines (which got up to Speed Level 20) on my 2nd try, with a C rank on it. I guess I've gotten better at high level Tetris than I thought. Also, this happened wile playing Journey Mode on Expert... 👀 I'm actually surprised I manage to do that at that speed... And it being a Tetris All Clear at the start of the stage! If the tetrominos immediately locked into place when they touch, like in classic style Tetris, I would have not been able to to this at that speed.

I'm good for whatever.

My game ended early via run rule and I have completed my gallery. I'm home watching the Canes @ Blues. I can play or not play. I'm good either way.
